Return/Exchange Policy

Please choose your design(s), color(s), and size(s) carefully as we do not provide refunds. In the case of a clothing item being damaged, AGH will coordinate an exchange with the customer. Please review our exchange policy below.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you receive any orders that are damaged please contact us at contact@aghlife.com within 14 days for an exchange. AGH requires a receipt or proof of purchase to confirm the order. You will be contacted about returning the order at your expense. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. AGH is not responsible for any returns that are lost/do not arrive to our return address.

You must return the order in the same condition that you received it. We will send you an email notifying you that your return has been received. AGH will re-ship your order to you at OUR expense. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
