At AGH, we use two courier carriers - CourierPost (for all NZ orders) and NZ Post (for all International orders).

All NZ orders are tracked and a $7 flat shipping rate applies. Expected delivery times: 1-3 days however, deliveries to rural addresses may take longer.
All International Orders will incur a $25NZD shipping fee. International Orders are tracked for the following Countries: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea – Republic of (South), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Serbia, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Expected delivery times for International Orders: 3-10 days (3-6 Australian metro areas). Please note delivery times may vary depending on the final destination.

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address. If you need to change the shipping address on your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP. Any packages delivered to an insufficient address or packages that have been unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
Please note that orders can sometimes be held by customs on entry into your country which can impact delivery times. You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. Customers will accept all responsibility, cost, and risk for any lost items. AGH is not liable for any packages that may get lost in the shipping process.
