Some time ago, she found it challenging to make time for herself, leading her to dedicate a month to arrange walks with as many girlfriends as possible during any spare moments she had. She referred to this initiative as "the girlfriend project", which made it easier for her to include in her schedule. Garner would ask each friend when they were available to walk on Saturday and then meet them at their convenience.
