Kate Middleton Has An Important Message for You

The Duchess of Cambridge is speaking out about mental health in a new PSA

Renowned for her commitment to physical wellness-Kate Middleton has been observed hiking in Bhutan and engaging in tennis bouts with Judy Murray, British champion Andy Murray's mother. Now, she together with her husband, Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry, are focusing their efforts on mental health through a new campaign called Heads Together.Collaborating with various charities, the primary goal of this initiative is to eradicate any stigmas associated with mental health. "Heads Together strives to shift the national dialogue on mental well-being. It partners with inspiring charities that have spent decades battling stigma, raising awareness, and furnishing essential support for individuals grappling with mental health issues," declared a statement from Kensington Palace. The video, which reportedly garnered over half a million views on social media alone, echoes what we all need to keep reminding ourselves: "Every child has the right to grow up in an environment where they feel secure in themselves, confident that they can overcome life's obstacles."Presently, Middleton, joined by Princes William and Harry, are extending their reach to adults as well. Check out the PSA below, which showcases some other familiar faces apart from the royal trio. And ensure you watch till the end-the conclusion is rather delightful. But crucially, Middleton stresses one point in the PSA: "Mental health holds equal importance as physical health." We couldn't agree more. We'll also graciously accept a few of those splendid teal sweatbands, thanks.
