Khloé Kardashian Responds to Criticism About Exercising During Pregnancy

"My doctor and I communicate, and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended."

Fitness enthusiast and reality star Khloé Kardashian isn't letting pregnancy slow her down. After recently revealing her pregnancy to the world on social media, the 33-year-old has continued to share her workout routines while expecting. These posts on Snapchat have attracted criticism, with some suggesting it's inappropriate for her to continue such activities during pregnancy. Not one to be deterred by public opinion, Khloé took to Twitter to address the concern head-on. It seems despite being an expectant mother, she's not allowing body-shamers to disrupt her fitness journey.

"Addressing those who suddenly consider themselves medical experts," she remarked, using a face-palm emoji for emphasis. "My doctor and I are in constant communication, and my exercise regime is not only approved but highly recommended." She concluded her message by stating: "Thank you, folks! Don't force me to stop sharing stuff," along with a hyperlink to a FitPregnancy.com article which discusses the advantages of exercising during pregnancy. In case you didn't know, working out is incredibly beneficial for both mother and baby. Apart from making labour and delivery smoother, it also helps alleviate morning sickness and enhances energy levels. While pregnancy isn't an ideal time to experiment or push your body to the brink, you can generally continue with the exercises you were doing prior to becoming pregnant (yes, that includes CrossFit), as long as you have your doctor's approval.
